Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests/ parents as they come and go.
- Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
- Handle queries and address complaints.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line.
- Follow-up on leads generated by the Marketing Team
- Cold calling as per data provided for lead generation
- Take messages and pass them on to the receiver
- 2+ years of front desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets and presentation tools
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
