Job Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Role Description

a lead conversion and lead generation profile

· Counselling prospect candidates for the programs offered by the company.

· Managing inquiries – telephonic, emails or by any other mode.

· Calling on assigned leads.

· Converting assigned leads into enrolments.

· Assisting in assigned pre-enrolment and post enrolment activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Field outgoing calls in a timely manner throughout shift

· Identify students questions, doubts, concerns, and overall needs

· Provide sufficient answers and solutions to all student’s queries

· Handle student’s concerns respectfully and professionally

· Redirect to appropriate senior and team members when appropriate

· Generate leads for clients by screening students and identifying potential opportunities

· Ensure all voicemails are answered immediately

· Maintain professional relationships with students through ongoing excellent service

· Follow up with students on question status to ensure resolution

· Collaborate with Academic counselor team members, sales team members, and other company departments to ensure overall performance and client satisfaction

· Meet or exceed call quotas, both personally and as a team unit

· Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every student interaction

· Perform duties and responsibilities with our client’s satisfaction as your number one priority.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Sales and Education skills
  • Ability to understand academic degree requirements and discern between academic transcripts
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. Candidates with a sales, customer service, or education background are preferred
