Responsibilities

• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the Institute.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective students using data.
• Obtaining student information and other relevant data.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the course.
• Taking and processing admissions in a professional manner.
• Maintaining the database of the student on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on student’s needs and requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketing, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
• Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Good time management abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
