Job Description

The primary role of the Regional Trainer is to lead all Training Program across the teams, and new hire training activities. Develop, periodically review, Research, and implement new training techniques for the organizations. Undertake training on products, processes, general aspects, and behavioral aspects for the NBFC industry. Monitor and manage the Training Management Module.

1. Coordinate training schedule, set up, creation of training materials and follow-up Training new employees in areas including product knowledge, customer communications, internal systems and responsible for providing product knowledge (NBFC) to all new joiners.

2. Evaluate training and report score sheets, arrange for follow-up training, or report back following training sessions Timely, constructive feedback and counseling of the employees and maintain detailed records of workshops conducted, participant lists, feedback, follow-up activities, etc.

3. Create a comprehensive regional training strategy that aligns with the requirements. Review Existing Training Materials and Identify the need for updating the same. Should be able to create new content as and when necessary

4. Design, develop, and deliver relevant training content, including workshops, e-learning modules, on-the-job training, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics

5. Design and implement orientation programs for new employees. Assess the training needs of all individuals, teams and conduct training for them.

6. Preparation of Training Plans and relevant Training reports.

7. Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback. Keep updated records of training materials and modules

Skill Set

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent at written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to conduct training sessions and field visits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Creative ability, writing proficiency and visual graphics design ability.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Advance Excel, and PPT Presentation, etc

Prior experience in NBFC domain is good to have.
