Note: Female candidates will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse student profile & Counsel/Advise students accordingly, who want to study in Germany.
• Follow-up on leads. Explain service packages to Students/Parents
• Create documents for students like CV, Letter of Motivation, Statement of Purpose and Cover Letter.
• Assist students in university courses Shortlisting, University course applications, Visa appointment, Open Block Account, Health Insurance, Travel Insurance, Pre-departure services after landing (Training will be provided)
• Communicate students via WhatsApp, phone, email, online channels and social media platforms.
• Stay updated with all changes in policies, procedures, and requirements for destination countries.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors education in any stream, Masters a plus
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in overseas education consulting Or Visa services.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills, data management, analytics, ability to provide prompt customer service.
• Sales acumen and target orientation, Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow
• Documentation and customer engagement
• WORK FROM OFFICE (Office – Viman Nagar, Pune)
• Good skill of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Female candidates preferred
• Fluent in English and Hindi
