Course Counsellor’s responsibilities include:

• Contacting potential or existing students to inform them about courses.
• Answering questions about courses.
• Asking questions to understand student requirements through a consultative selling approach and close sales

Candidates must have an interest in mentoring and guiding students about Technical course details, and must possess good communication skills along with interpersonal & presentation skills

Responsibilities:

1. Follow up on pending admission-related calls as per the schedule and Maintain a record
2. Make calls to new prospective students for admission and introduce candidates to NIFM
3. Resolving student’s issues on the phone, if required
4. Perpetually update the database of prospective students.
5. Maintain the attendance record of students and discuss the same with relevant faculty, if they are not regular.
6. Resolve fees payment in instalments, if requested by students.
7. Coordinate with faculty and take feedback from the students with regard to the content of the course.
8. Understanding students’ problems and resolving their concerns and problems.
9. Help students in properly filling the enquiry forms.
10. To maintain a register of other enquiries.
11. Fees collection and bookkeeping
12. Coordination with accounts for fees collection
13. To maintain contact with passed-out students with regard to their placement, progress, career growth

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
