Job Title: Associate Academic planning
Location: Bangalore
Job Overview:
Unacademy is seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented associate academic planning to supports the strategic development, implementation, and assessment of academic programs and curricula. This role is essential for maintaining the quality and effectiveness of the institution’s educational offerings, ensuring they meet accreditation standards and align with institutional goals. The Associate Academic Planner collaborates with faculty, administrators, and students to foster an environment of continuous improvement and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Assist in the creation, modification, and evaluation of curriculum and course content.
2) Ensure curricula align with accreditation standards, industry trends, and institutional goals.
3) Gather and analyze data on curriculum effectiveness and student learning outcomes to inform improvements.
4) Develop and support initiatives to enhance student engagement and academic achievement.
5) Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at improving student retention and success rates.
6) Support curriculum development initiatives, including course revisions, program updates, and accreditation requirements.
Requirements:
1.Bachelors degree in education administration, or a related field.
2 two plus experience in in academic planning, curriculum development, or a related educational role.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and educational assessment tools.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, including faculty, administrators, and students.
7. Familiarity with accreditation processes and standards.
