Job Location: Chennai Strongly preferred with travel for about 10 days a month.

Expectations:

Expertise in IT Implementation in India (Education Field is a strong Plus)

Experience in Handling the Middle Management in Customer Organisations

Experience in Handling a team size of 5+ in the field or worked as an Assistant

Professor with experience in managing IT implementations in an Educational

Institution

Excellent Communication Skills

A go-getter with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction

Travel within India and some International travel

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 5 resources to deliver the implementation and support services

Execute the Implementation/Support Services as per the defined processes

Get Milestone Sign offs in a timely manner on the implementation and support

Ensure Accounts Receivable for the respective accounts is efficient and achieved as

per the Invoicing Schedule
