General Manager – Implementation

Designation: General Manager/Senior Manager (based on experience)

Job Location: Chennai with travel for about 10 days a month.

Expectations:

• Expertise in IT Implementation in India (Education Field is a strong Plus)
• Experience in managing owners and approving authority for commercial approvals
• Experience in Handling a team size of 20+ in the IT field or worked as a Professor/Assistant Professor with experience in managing IT implementations in an Educational Institution
• Excellent Communication Skills
• A go-getter with the ability to travel as needed to manage the implementations to ensure customer satisfaction (Majority of the travel within India and some International)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 10 to 15 resources to deliver product implementations and support services for several HigherEd customers
• Run the implementation and support as per processes. Evolve and improve the processes
• Get the commercial milestone Sign off in a timely manner for the implementation and support services
• Ensure Accounts Receivable is efficient and achieved as per the Invoicing Schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹571,820.86 – ₹2,093,287.15 per year
