Key Responsibilities
LMS Management
- Stabilize LMS & reduce number of issues on weekly basis
- Regular testing & troubleshooting
- Deployment of new features enhancement plan for LMS, track progress with vendor, setting up milestone and adhere to the timeline
- Beta testing & UAT after each new feature implementation
- Manage content delivery plan
- Training for internal & regional team
- Provide support to all stakeholders & internal team
Training & Online Learning Implementation
- Identify suitable & cost-effective vendor for IT trainings, Online global learning platform, Off The Shelf content & Content development partners.
- Conduct POC with different vendors. Proposal & presentation on final vendor selection.
- Create implementation plan for off the shelf content for behavioural framework & implementation of gamified content,
- Create project plan & drive vendor selection.
- Content ILT/Self-paced trainings for IT, Digital Banking & Risk departments.
E-learning Content Development
- Requirement gathering & delivery plan discussion with stakeholder
- Design and launch new & mandatory e-learning trainings for key design roles
- Create & manage standard outline for all e-learning modules
- Create project plan, follow project progress & deliver content on time
- Review of e-learning content developed by team before launch
Technology support & management for Virtual & Classroom trainings
- Manage virtual training delivery tools for both ILT & VILT management such as Webex & MS teams
- Manage uniformity in the in training record management
- Provide training to internal & regional team members on different technology tools whenever required
Stakeholder, employee satisfaction & Connect
- Provide timely support & resolve issues with TAT
- Send regular communication on new launches
- Find methods to gauge effectiveness of e-learning training
- Ensure adoption and usage of e-learning modules for all employees and make it part of DNA.
Process Effectiveness
- Create process documents for all e-learning activities
- Identify key roles that will have goals for e-learning training
- Conduct training for internal, regional and other team members for e-learning processes
Operational Efficiency
- Create & manage Dashboard, Scorecard, Monthly reporting
- Create & manage centralize Content repository (ILT & e-learning) for L&D
- Create content based on the needs for eLearning.
- Collaborate with region, function & ensure that there is tracking and get their buy in to help drive the e-learning programs.
- Share completion and success report with functions regularly
Education :
Masters(preferred) or Graduate (if other Functional Skills/ Knowledge compensates)
Experience:
8-10 years of collective experience and core Digital-Learning experience of at least 5 years
