Full Job Description
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Provide leadership and coordination of Company’s marketing and sales function. Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Company’s marketing, sales & channel promotions strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.

Tasks
· Develop and execute the marketing strategy and plans (new acquisition or building a strong referral programs)
· Build and maintain strong network of key accounts and the channel – career counsellors/ consultants/ participations in Education Fairs, etc
· Ensure a consistent & motivating brand experience across all institutes (ensure signage both internal and external to an institute), in conjunction with the Management team, Academia & Sales functions
· Manage the marketing budgets and monitor performance of marketing initiatives
· Drive cohesiveness and ensure sharing of ideas/ initiatives between the area marketing teams

· Imagery Scores/ Enquiry rate/ target audience conversion rate
· Effectiveness of Promotions Activities vs money spent
· Key account and Channel maintenance

· Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel.
· Ensure effective management within the marketing, and public relations/promotions function, with provision for succession.
· Design, support and oversee cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
· Provide coaching and regular one-on-one meetings for team.
· Recruit, train and coach the Marketing team.

Tasks
· Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the Marketing/ promotions/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
· Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/ communications/ public relations function.
· Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations, and the specific business of the Company and use this information to help the Company operate with initiative and innovation.
Performance standards
· Ensure marketing costs do not exceed budgeted levels.

Tasks
· Work with senior management team to develop and maintain a strategic perspective based on marketplace and constituent needs and satisfaction in organizational direction, program and services, and decision-making; and, ensure the overall health and vitality of the Company.
· Help make sure that the Company’s philosophy; mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization.
· Develop and coordinate means to seek regular input from the Company’s key constituencies regarding the quality of programs and services and the Company’s relevance.
· Help formulate and administer policies to ensure the integrity of the Company.

Salary: ₹150,000.00 – ₹200,000.00 per month
