Core Responsibilities:
– End-to-end lead the online and offline teacher supply for the business in the most innovative and scalable way.
– Design and implement a robust structure for teacher hiring, onboarding, training, assessment, retention, and up-skilling.
– Build, lead, and manage a high-quality Teacher Supply Team to manage the function.
– Improve system efficiency by working with Product and Team teams for automating processes.
Requirements:
– Graduate of Tier 1 college
– 3-4 years of experience in complex human supply management (Good to have).
– Strong sense of ownership to start and see projects through completion.
– Excellent at comprehending data and making data driven decisions (Must have).
– Resourceful problem solver with strong team leading ability.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills.
– Experience collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.
– Willing to get their hands dirty.
