Job Title: NSDC MIS Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the NSDC Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting for Skill India initiatives.
• Develop and implement data collection processes and tools specific to skill development programs under the Skill India mission.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into the effectiveness and impact of skill development programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the Skill India ecosystem to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with development goals.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the MIS.
• Provide training and support to users within the Skill India framework on how to effectively use the MIS for data entry and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in MIS management within the context of skill development and national development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing MIS systems, preferably in the skill development or education sector.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Skills & Experience-:

• Proficiency in data management tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should have experience in Core NSDC projects.
• Candidates must be presentable along with the proficiency in English(Speak,write and read).
• Should have expertise in E-Commerce platform.
• Should have done multiple projects for the government.
• Candidates should have experience in execution and implementation of each and every project.
• Candidates should be good at presentation in developing and delivering segments.
