Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving Tutorac’s growth in your designated state. This role requires an independent, target-oriented approach to spearhead sales activities and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of Tutorac’s products, integrated solutions, and their impact on student learning.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation techniques.
• Independently approach and understand the unique needs of school owners, tailoring solutions to match their requirements.
• Conduct product demos and academic discussions with school principals, students, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.
• Exhibit a strong interest in and profound knowledge of the local education sector.
• Thoroughly comprehend customer requirements and align product/service pitches accordingly.
• Document both successful and unsuccessful sales efforts for continuous improvement.
• Conduct competitor analysis, devising strategies to acquire competitor accounts.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Drive revenue generation from schools and junior colleges through institutional sales.
• Formulate compelling proposals for school management and junior colleges.
• Strategize in-school and after-school activities to drive revenue growth.
• Organize and conduct demos and workshops for school management, principals, and teachers.
• Provide pre and post-visit reports to your immediate supervisor.
• Develop comprehensive profiles of schools, capturing essential information.
Skills and Competencies:
• 8 years’ experience in B2C and B2B sales, preferably within the EdTech industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Profound understanding of solution/concept sales, with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to the team.
• Adept at representing the brand and maintaining its reputation.
• Exposure to online education platforms and trends.
• Proven ability to think innovatively and execute plans effectively.
• Dynamic, appealing, and influential personality.
• Ability to showcase empathy and understanding when interacting with potential leads.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Education: Graduation or equivalent; MBA in a related field is preferred.
