Experience- 6 Months- 2 years in teaching
6 days working

Salary – 20-30k Monthly

• Registration and getting verified on Filo Tutor application.
• 1 week working under probation.
• Review and quality check

Requirements-

• Candidates must be qualified with a graduation degree in their expertise area. (Post-
• graduation is a plus).
• Must have experience in teaching.
• Expertise in his/her field.
• Highly knowledgeable in their subject area.
• Passionate about connecting with students.
• Candidates must have a sense of responsibility.
• Smartphone/laptop and good Internet connection are mandatory.
• Candidates having familiarity with digital tools for remote teaching (such as the use of Pen-tablet) would be preferred.

Job Description-

• Take daily doubt sessions for their preferred subject. (class 11th and 12th)
• Problem-solving and solution preparation.
• Must work for 8 hours in a day (6 hours teaching time minimum)
• Engage students online during the provided sessions.
• Responding to the questions and comments of the students.
• Imaginative about using online formats in new ways.
• Organized and careful about time management.
