Job Description: Manager – Curriculum Development

• For the given content, prepare a creative and engaging session.
• Deliver recorded / live session as per the engaging session created.
• Understand both customer and stakeholder needs and objectives
• Coordinate between design and content teams at all stages of video production
• Deliver videos that are lively, engaging and impactful
• Coordinate to record video sessions inside a studio with support of Session Facilitator Lead, Media Team and Content Team
• Coordinate with respective departments to provide feedback on content receptibility, learning quotient

Desired Skills and Experience

• 2Yrs+ experience in the elearning domain is preferable. However, Freshers with exceptional presentation skills also will be considered.
• Should be a good presenter and camera friendly
• Fluent English in reading and writing
• Strong logical thinking
• Patient to repeat the same conversations with different users
• Must be able to take Video calls & remote access
• Good interpersonal skills with high emotional quotient
• Integrity and professionalism
• Diligent and thorough with follow ups
• Motivated and ability to work independently
