- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Need to coordinate with the subject teacher and student to see the classes are going as per the schedule.
- Need to coordinate with the team as an when required for the rescheduling of classes for students.
- Need to take the feedback from Parents, Students and teacher for the smooth functioning of the classes, using this feedback need to suggest if any process to be changed.
- Maintain the good relations with the student & parent and need to cross sell the other products of Turito.
- Need to maintain a tracker of the ongoing classes and upcoming classes along with the communication made through the phone, chat and email & other channels.
- Understanding the customer queries by Chat Voice or email and respond to it ensuring that all queries/concerns are answered.
- Answers the customer questions in a clear and concise manner using full sentences without grammatical and spelling errors.
- Need to strictly adhere with the Turito process in responding to the client issues.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our teachers and operation teams.
