1. Reaching out to candidate leads (both Indian and US natives) through cold calling/emails
2. Maintaining and tracking the status of the potential applicants in the given database
3. Working on cold calling and pitching the applicants and scheduling a demo/interview with us
4. Explaining the payout of the sessions and services provided by the company
5. Attaining the agreed-upon sales, targets, and outcomes within the schedule
6. Coordinating sales efforts with team members

2. Excellent oral communication and good listening skills
3. Strong problem-identification and objections resolution skills
4. Comfortable working on outbound call campaigns (cold-Calling)
