Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Play a crucial role in the creation and delivery of video solutions for subjects based on STEM

2. Lead and manage a team of video content developers to create engaging and informative video lectures for STEM subjects

3. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to define the scope, content, and learning objectives for each video lecture

4. Develop and maintain a production schedule, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met

5. Oversee the entire video production process, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production

6. Ensure that the video lectures meet the prescribed guidelines and quality standards, including technical specifications, visual aesthetics, and instructional effectiveness

7. Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with the content development team to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to project objectives

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, media production, STEM discipline)

2. Proven experience in video content development, preferably in an educational or e-learning context

3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
