Job Overview

We are hiring an Sales Counsellor to join our team. As an Sales Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and counseling to individuals seeking to study in Canada and Australia. You will assist clients in understanding the IELTS exam, help them choose the right study program, and guide them through the visa application process. This is a great opportunity for freshers with less than 1 year of experience who have a passion for education and international study.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of the IELTS exam and study abroad opportunities

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good understanding of visa and immigration procedures

Attention to detail and accuracy

Customer-oriented approach

Proficient in MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance and counseling to individuals interested in studying in Canada and Australia.

Understand the educational programs and requirements of various universities and colleges.

Assist individuals in selecting the right educational program based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.

Provide accurate information about visa and immigration processes, including documentation requirements and deadlines.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Stay updated with latest trends and changes in education policies and immigration regulations.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up with individuals throughout the enrollment process.

Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions with clients.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve common goals.
