Job Description:

· Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) need to answer on questions provided, following the defined guideline.

· Will be paid per answer wise

· Can choose own working hours.

· Work from home-Freelance.

· Earning potential will be as good as your speed of providing high quality solutions.

· The mode of solving the questions would be online.

Essential Competencies:

· Excellent subject knowledge.

· Excellent English communication skills (Reading/writing).

· Experience of teaching/tutoring/ Content Developer can be considered.

· Education Qualification – Graduate/Postgraduate

· Hands on experience in surfing the Internet, using search tools like Google etc.

Mandatory Guidelines to be followed:

· Candidate must have a laptop or personal computer.

· Candidates must use laptop or personal computer to submit the online test of your preferred subject.

· Candidate must be active on mails and calls throughout the hiring and training process.

Selection Process:

· Online Objective Test- 70% is the minimum requirement for the selection

· English Write-up Test

· Subjective Round will be taken by QA

Shift Window: Flexible

Working Days: 5- 7 Days working
