Job Description:

· Evaluate dissertation papers, college student responses to open-ended questions in a reliable manner following client-supplied scoring rubrics

· Successfully incorporate training and customer scoring guidelines Grading Essays/Papers/topics provided as per guidelines.

Selection Process:

· Telephonic/Skype Interview

Note: Please submit the Assessment test within 24 hours (Refer to the Rubric guidelines for Grading the essays)

Mandatory Skills:

· Proficient in written and spoken English.

· Strong English grammar and mechanic skills.

· Essential criteria that applicants for Essay Grader role should meet are listed below:

· Minimum qualification required:

· Master’s degree in English

· ESOL teaching qualification or experience of teaching ESOL

· Example qualifications we would accept include:

i. Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA)

ii. Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (DELTA)

iii. Masters in Applied Linguistics, English Language or any degree level qualification that includes Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages
