Work Experience: Min.1 year of Experience in Admissions Counselling/ Other counselling roles in Education.

Qualification: Undergraduate Degree in any Subject or Higher

Responsibilities of an Admissions Counsellor:

• Representing the Academy on the frontlines: Being an effective first point of contact for Prospective Students

• Working with the Academic Team to understand the Offerings of the Academy

• Providing Information & Course Details to Prospective Students

• Gathering Requirements: Understanding the Prospective Students’ needs, interest levels, aspirations and objectives

• Catering to the Students’ Needs: Involves helping students choose an artform, realise their interests and apply for the most suitable level in the respective course.

• Managing Prospective Students across various Channels (Phone, WhatsApp, SMS, E-Mail etc.)

• Counselling Prospective Students about the Admissions Process

• To be a single point of interface for all students till Enrolment

• Converting Prospective Students into Admissions

• Generate walk-ins from telephonic lead, leads from other sources and referrals.

• Timely Reverts, Updates, Communications etc. to Prospective Students

• Direct Outreach for the Academy: Promoting the SIFF Academy E-Learning Solution for the Arts

• Related Functional and Operational Tasks

Required Skills:

• Strong Communication Skills: written and verbal (fluency English is a must, fluency in any regional language is an added bonus)

• Pleasant Persona with good Interpersonal Skills

• Fluency in Chat Conversations

• Well-versed with Computers and Computer Softwares. (MS Office Tools, Google etc.)

• Coordination & Organisation Skills: scheduling meetings, taking calls and setting up students in batches

• Professional use of Language

• Knowledge about Statistics is an added bonus

• Talent or a Strong Inclination towards the Arts is (Especially in Music or Dance)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
