Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school and ensure the effective delivery of academic programs.
• Develop and implement a vision for academic excellence, based on best practices and current educational trends
• Create and maintain a positive and supportive school culture that promotes learning and student achievement
• Manage the school’s budget, resources, and personnel, including hiring, evaluating, and mentoring staff
• Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to establish academic goals and implement strategies to achieve them

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local education laws and regulations
• Represent the school in local and regional education forums and committees

Requirements

• A master’s degree in education or a related field
• Bachlor’s in Education Degree
• A minimum of 5 years of successful experience as a school principal or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong cultural values and ethics towards commitment to the organization.
• A deep commitment to student achievement and educational excellence
• The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, families, and community partners
