• Plan and deliver engaging Kannada lessons to Higher secondary school students
• Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
• Encourage students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Encourage students to build confidence and fluency in Kannada language
• Participate in school events and activities

The candidates are expected to join from the New Academic year 2023.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Kannada and Education
• More than 3 years of teaching experience with higher secondary school students.
• Strong command of the Kannada language and literature
• Ability to communicate effectively and motivate students
• Familiarity with the CBSE education system and curriculum
• Willing to work and relocate in a rural and challenging environment
• Passion for teaching and making a difference in students lives
