Responsibilities:
Develop the brand – from logos, fonts to colors and define suitable product packaging
Create/design/develop marketing collaterals for the brand and work with copywriters and video editors for the same
Build a team of designers to deliver branding and advertising collaterals
Coordinate with vendors and ensure perfect QC is done on product packaging
Oversee the overall aesthetics of the brand and ensure all visual/artistic/creative requirements of the brand are met swiftly.
Report to the Brand Manager/Content and Brand Development Head of the organization and provide regular updates on the evolution of the brand

Basic Qualifications
· Masters/Graduation from NID or NIFT
· Experience in branding/advertising/creative roles
· Ability to create digital art/paint/develop other creative collaterals
· Software efficiency: Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw, MS Office – particularly Excel
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to focus and work long and hard in an intense environment
· Hunger for growth, rationality, patience and emotional maturity will be great assets for a candidate fit for this leadership role
· Ability to be an excellent and efficient worker herself/himself and work with teams/lead other individuals at the same time
