Senior Education Counsellor – UK

Responsibilities:
Achieve targets for Leads, Applications, and student finalisations/confirmations – on an intake basis

Achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destination.

Provide professional and quality counselling sessions that exceed customer and client expectations.

Support execution; destination-wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.

Build strong client support by 100% compliance with any and all application processes.

Be a productive and effective member of the office team; and support Office operations by exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit

Effectively implement global priority projects at office/s

Qualifications & Requirements:
Having completed Bachelor’s or equivalent degree/certification
  
Minimum 2 years experience in education counselling

Strong knowledge of the destination and local education systems/university processes and requirements

Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines/targets

Visible orientation towards having high-quality and excellent counselling as an integral part of work ethics

Good Computer skills including, Word & Excel

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-resolution skills
