Roles and Responsibilities

Provide learning solutions and support for employees

Should be able to communicate effectively with a neutral accent to US customers.
Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
Understand the audience and apply a variety of learning methodologies and concepts for maximum learning transfer
Fluency in virtual classroom and personal interactions.
Maintain knowledge of learning theories and techniques, and apply these to the training delivery
Evaluate the performance, of both new and existing personnel, identifying additional learning opportunities or deficiencies in the current courses or approach.
Create and maintain training manuals & Videos

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience – 2 years

Education – Any Graduate

Ready to work in US time (CST) shift
