Brief Job Overview
The Training and Special Projects Marketing Specialist is a non-supervisory position primarily responsible for ensuring the Strategic Customer Engagement, Scientific Affairs, Regional Regulatory Affairs teams at USP and our Authorized Distributors have the content they need to confidently engage with customers and other stakeholders to achieve desired customer actions and meet business objectives. The position will partner with USP’s industry programs and growth marketing teams to create and maintain sales playbooks, manage content hubs, communicate with internal and external teams so they can utilize materials such as presentations, quick reference cards and talking points. Importantly, the position will help USP adopt innovative technologies and techniques to maximize the effectiveness.
The position is also responsible for implementing a “solutioning” (grouping relevant USP products and services together to solve industry problems) approach, developing and promoting assets and platforms related to solutioning and training relevant teams within USP and its channels partners to achieve solutioning.
