Key ResponsibilitiesNeeds Assessment: Analyze training needs across all departments (Front Office, F&B & Gaming) through surveys, performance data, and manager feedback.Onboarding & Development: Create, deliver, and oversee onboarding programs, soft-skills training, and technical training for new and existing staff.Service Standards: Develop and deploy training modules on guest service standards, product knowledge, and POS systems to ensure exceptional guest experiences.Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance training (health, hygiene, safety protocols) is up to date and adhered to.Leadership Training: Build capability through leadership development, succession planning, and coaching for supervisors and managers.Evaluation & ROI: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and guest feedback, adjusting materials to drive improvements.Skills:Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including fluency in local language and English.
