Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Be an enthusiastic presenter on the material of their expertise to new franchisees.
- Extensive training on our company standards and immersion into meeting our franchise clients.
- Be able to manage the fine details of training and coordinating for session with a keen attention to detail.
- Be an expert communicator both written and verbal
- A proficient to expert knowledge of the Adult Learning Principles
- Work with business/managers to determine training needs
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Support and mentor new CPs
- Plan and schedule training sessions
- Design and implement training programs
- Select and book venues if needed
- Track and keep attendance
The pillars for the role:
- Product Knowledge Expert – Train all new franchisees at the beginning of their onboarding experience
- Technical Support – Answer franchisees questions after training as an extension to the business
- Maintain Training Tools and Facility – Ensure all working materials are up to date and are prepared for each training session
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as corporate trainer or similar role with 7+ years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with an e-learning software is an asset
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduation (any)
- MBA post-graduation is a plus
Location- Bengaluru
Working Days- 6 Days a week
