Job Description:

Candidate will be working for a MNC Pharma Company based at Thane as a Training Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Imparting product related training to new sales field staff.
• Conducting refresher training for existing sales field staff.
• Evaluating training participants on set standard parameters.
• Training sales field staff in soft skills.
• Arranging logistics for training.
• Developing product related content.
• Developing training initiatives for improving in clinic effectiveness of sales field staff.
• Preparing & conducting e-learning modules.
• Maintaining database of training participants.
• Handling training app with reference to its day to day implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate should be B. Sc/ B. Pharma/ MBA with a minimum 1-4 years training/ sales field experience in a pharmaceutical company. Freshers can also apply.
• He should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in English & a flair for imparting training.
• Good basic anatomy & pharmacology knowledge is a must.
