Responsibilities–
Create training calendars based on inputs from the L&D Manager
Coordinate between multiple stakeholders across functions and levels to help execute L&D programs
Schedule and invite participants to training programmes
Facilitate zoom sessions according to the agenda
Create surveys and gather feedback and inputs for training purposes
Analyse the survey results and identify action plans
Be able to research and gather information on a variety of subjects
Follow-up and ensure closure of projects with multiple stakeholders
Assist in L&D program management
Create training materials such as quizzes, assessments, practice activities, etc. with inputs from the L&D Manager
Regularly update the LMS with training content
Ensure sanity of all training content uploaded to the LMS
Track and report progress of learning activities on the LMS
Strong in operations, reporting and coordination skills
