Roles and Responsibilities
- Introduce StarAgile to the potential trainers/Coaches/Consultants as a result onboarding them to be a StarAgile trainer
- Identifying and strategizing different pitch and data generation channels to connect with potential teachers/industry professionals
- Understanding the high demand verticals as per StarAgile demand and reaching out to content creators/trainers who belong to the same verticals to onboard them for StarAgile workshops
- Explaining the onboarding process and course delivery metrics as per StarAgile standards to the potential trainers
- Ensuring a smooth hassle-free onboarding for the interested teachers who share their courses with us to go live
- Auditing the course content based on our evaluation standards before the course is ready enough to go live
- Maintaining end to end data as per company standard about the outreach being done to the potential teachers and ensuring regular follow-ups are done on the same as per the communication
- Developing deep feedback loops with instructors to enable Udemy to capture industry insights and solve problems across all stages of the instructors lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Demonstrate solid client relationship management skills with professionals in a technical industry
- At least 1-3 years of experience in content creation, management or acquisition preferably in a technical field
- A team player with exceptional communication skills to interact with internal and external individuals across diverse backgrounds
- A strategic, analytical thinker who enjoys identifying creative solutions to problems
- Organized, self-starting and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
