We have a opening in Trainer in Learning & development & training @ Pune
Role Objective:
• Build on the legacy of continuous learning in collaboration with cross functional teams.
• Develop content and deliver learning interventions to facilitate upskilling individuals on knowledge, skill and conducive
behavior.
• Overall play a role of change maker through execution of L&D strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct Training Needs Identification using various methodologies.
• Work Closely with management and employees to gain knowledge of work situations and Challenges.
• Develop Training calendar based on the training needs identified and deliver training programs as per the calendar.
• Coordinate training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the business especially the retail function.
• To facilitate IDP plan for identified employees.
• Analyze and provide MIS based inputs to the management for people development initiatives in the organization.
• Laison with external training partners for execution of Training interventions
• Ensure the Learning Management System operates smoothly and ensure achieve maximum accession rate and
certifications for all eLearning module uploaded as per training calendar
Qualification, Experience, and skills:
• Masters in HR with 6+ years of core L & D experience
• Working knowledge of e learning content designing tolls like articulate storyline 360, Adobe Captivate or LMS like
Moodle, Litmos , Docebo, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Presentation Skills
• Customer Orientation
• Data Management and Analytical Skills
