About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer who can train students and working professionals with practical industry-oriented knowledge. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing along with strong communication and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions
- Conduct practical workshops, live projects, and case study discussions
- Guide students on real-world digital marketing strategies and campaign execution
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments
- Mentor students for internships, placements, interviews, and career growth
- Track student performance and provide regular feedback
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, AI tools, and platform updates
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams for student development activities
- Maintain a positive and interactive learning environment
- Support curriculum enhancement with updated industry practices
Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident classroom handling ability
- Good understanding of marketing tools, advertising platforms, and analytics
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student engagement
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools will be an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
- Prior training or teaching experience preferred
- Agency or industry experience preferred
