Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- The job involves counseling & guiding students and parents for overseas education and related admission process including details of training on the, GRE, GMAT, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, PTE.
- Following up with the students
- Convert enquiries into enrollments
- Conduct research on courses and universities.
- Handle escalations and to ensure student satisfaction in issue resolution.
- Demonstrate strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
- Ensuring meeting the sales/ revenue assigned.
- Ensure students attain success in their chosen career path
- Coordinating with Admission Department for the student admission timely with regular dues.
- Establishing and maintaining excellent rapport with prospective students by adding value services.
- Should have knowledge of the entire process and requirements for study abroad Universities degrees, Eligibility Tests, process etc.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.
- Excellent fluency in English and the local language Communication (both written & verbal)
