Job description

Provide comprehensive information about our IELTS preparation courses, curriculum, and services to prospective students, both in person and through various communication channels.

• Conduct sales consultations and assessments to identify the needs and goals of prospective students.
• Guide and counsel students on the suitable IELTS preparation courses based on their English language proficiency level, desired score, and timeframe.
• Assist students with the enrollment process, including registration, documentation, and payment procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions data in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials to attract prospective students.
• Attend education fairs, seminars, and networking events to represent the organization and promote our IELTS programs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the organization.

Qualifications And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, linguistics, or business.
• Strong knowledge of the IELTS examination, including test formats, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an educational or language training setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address students’ needs and concerns.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple inquiries and admissions processes simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate student consultations and events.
• Fluency in English is essential, and additional language proficiency is a plus.
