Job Description:

• Responsible for advising candidate’s regarding IT software field training.
• Motivating the Candidate’s to sign up for Industry oriented training Programs.
• Maintaining the training schedules of Candidates
• Responsible for yearly revenue target achievements
• Responsible for training & guiding the Center Senior & Junior Counselors
• Responsible for managing the due fees collection through senior Counselors
• Responsible for managing the head center of the firm in terms of daily operations & other initiatives.
• Managing the team of trainers & guiding them to ensure satisfactory after sales service provided to the clients.
• Reaching out to prospective companies through referrals for extra revenue generation.
• Monitoring & tracking monthly to quarterly performance of the team

Job Types: Full-time, Volunteer

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
