  • Conduct regular training for teachers
  • Conceptualize and create teacher training materials based on need
  • Recording of videos for Asynchronous trainings
  • Coordination with the design team on finalization of the training content
  • Coordination with marketing and customer success teams
  • Check completion of tasks by teachers and provide feedback to them on their work
  • Collect and maintain the record of feedback on each sessions
  • Develop and assess training needs based on feedback from teachers
  • Be the Point of contact for teachers to resolve their queries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
  • Strong communication skills (written + oral)
  • 5+ years prior experience of which at least 3 years in content development and training of teachers
  • Knowledge of both online and offline training strategies
  • Proficiency in all MS Office programs
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Google sheets
  • Experience of working in the L&D department of EdTechs/ teacher training organizations will be an added advantage
