Key Qualifications . PhD/Masters/Bachelors in respective subjects or Engineering / Medical / relevant degree with strong subject knowledge. . Pedagogy expert in either of one of the subjects. Ability to explain complex concepts in simple ways. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have the following skills: . Collaboration: Liaise with all teams to create and publish high-quality learning content. . Humility: An approachable individual who is able to form strong and long-lasting relationships. . Motivation: Ability to work under tight deadlines. Demonstrate a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. . Data-driven: Keen interest in evaluating product/market situations, analyzing raw data, and transforming it into actionable strategies. Traits . Ability to step outside ‘traditional’ teaching practices is the most important trait for a creative teacher. . Organize the course material in a cognitively advantageous manner. . Possess the ability to highlight the relationships between different concepts and link them. . Use of real-life examples and imaginative stories for a better explanation of concepts in an interesting and easy way. . Ability to give several examples for a single topic. . Representation of topics in a pictorial form/incorporation of mind maps/ diagrams. . The approach in teaching should be in such a way that doubts arising in the minds of students get addressed. . Should tend to focus on fixing problems/doubts of students. . Focus on finding creative ways to integrate authentic learning into test paper preparation. . Last but not the least, the teachers should always be seeking and exploring new ideas, information and always strive to improve themselves. Task Guidelines for making a teaching video . Start the lecture with a warm welcome to students . Expectation of the session should be set in the beginning. . Be energetic throughout the lecture. . Maintain interaction with students throughout the lecture. . Engage with students by asking various questions, stories, and real life examples. . Teacher should be cheerful. . Incorporate humor at certain intervals. . Use hand gestures and appropriate body language. Guidelines for Script . Explain a concept using a real life situation/story telling . Write the script in a detailed manner so that the animation team can work on it . You can use text,image,gif,draw etc, to make the script more appealing .
