The Role

We are looking for Trainer, Java full-stack trainer, professor, teacher, Faculty, instructor, trainee, software trainee who can discharge the following responsibilities:

Deliver interactive sessions with group(s) of learners on specific topics covered in the curriculum clubbed with relevant case studies and live examples.
Solidify and reinforce understanding of subject from an industry perspective.
Provide hands-on demonstrations during the live session.
Clarify students’ queries and doubts about the course content.
Provide guidance to students, do code reviews and check-ins for guided projects.
Evaluate milestone assignments and projects.

Job description

· Candidate must have 6 + years of hand on experience in using Java /J2EE technologies like Spring boot, hibernate.

· Comfortable in student-facing role

· Experience in Leading, Mentoring, Assessing & Coaching Entry level Team Members.

· Ability to take both theory and practical sessions.

· Should have excellent knowledge on Core Java and Advanced Java technologies.

· Should be able to tackle both theory & practical on C, C++, Core JAVA, Advance Java, Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate

· We expect good communication and presentation skills

· Able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way

· Dynamic personality

· Should be flexible to work on weekdays & weekends as per requirement.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements

· Produce training schedules and classroom agenda

· Determine course content according to objectives

· Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)

· Execute training sessions Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.

· Observe and evaluate results of training programs

· Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

Technical Skills:

· Worked on Setting the Java Environment, Object oriented programming, Extend Classes & Inheritance, Exception Handing, Array & String, Thread.

· Worked on Database using JDBC.

· Worked on Spring Framework/ Spring MVC & on Hibernate Framework.

· Working experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, XML, Log4J and JDBC is required.

· Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, Eclipse IDE, Restful Web services, Oracle database& BPM workflow.

· Experience with at least one of the development tools like Git, Gradle, Maven, Sonar, Jenkins, Artifactory etc

· Experience with web application servers like Tomcat, Jetty, JBoss etc, TDD, code testability standards, Junit Mockito, DevOps practices and CICD model of development

· Good understanding of OOPS, design patterns and industry best practices

· Agile project experience along with working on Agile tools like JIRA

· Working experience with multi-tier environment involving Windows and UNIX servers.
