Responsibilities

Inside sales team is the first touchpoint in a customer’s journey after they have dropped their interest in buying our product. The team is responsible for scheduling dental scans through a team of sales counsellors and follow up with the customers post scan for a purchase through a conversion team. The inside sales operations manager will work closely with the team leads and sales directors to drive efficiency and team productivity.

The major responsibilities of the operations manager are enlisted below:

  • Responsible for maintaining systems, coordination with relevant units to ensure uptime and process continuity
  • Campaign management for all teams, utilisation of dialers, progressive/predictive, lead churn and re-churn
  • Monitoring attendance, login hours, productivity metrics, schedule adherence, process adherence, etc. and bringing different teams at par with each other
  • Generating reports on a periodic basis, intra day, daily, weekly and monthly to share analysis for trends, areas of improvement, future planning and forecasting
  • Own the agent utilisation ratio as a % and drive improvement in the same
  • Coordinate with marketing and tech for leads inflow and CRM assignment.
  • Bring industry best practices to enhance voice operations and improve customer experience
  • Assist in driving training, refreshers of existing and newly joined employees on systems, processes and products.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Atleast a Bachelor’s degree. MBA will be an advantage, but not mandatory.

2. Required: 4 – 7 years, in BPO/ EdTech/BFSI/Relevant high end telesales background

3. Must have experience in Handling Inside Sales/Outbound Sales

4. Should have ability to drive cross functional projects and results within defined timelines.

5. Should have the ability to motivate, mobilize and scale up the team

6. Good Collaboration skills

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills

8. Ability to think out of the box, on the feet and strong bias for action

Contract length: 6 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
