Here’s what you’ll be doing

We are looking for a Finance expert for our finance department to look after payment transactions and the financial commitments of our company. You will need to maintain ledgers, oversee tax-related processes, and maintain spreadsheets and databases of valuable information.

Key responsibilities: Accounts payable

  • Preparing and maintaining vendor and consultant contracts, records and payments 
  • Ensure contracts are sent on time and executed duly
  • Reviewing consultant payments along with other team-members

Accounts receivable

  • Preparing Order-forms, contracts to be finalized with customers
  • Working closely with the team on invoicing, payment reminders, monitoring accounts receivables and revenue at risk.
  • Tracking payments, reasons for hold-up, and communicating with team members.
  • Tracking subscription renewals and ensuring all subscriptions are renewed without any delay.
  • Identifying revenue leakage, if any.
  • Preparing payment review decks for management.

Is this someone looks like you ?

  • Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Excel ninja – comfortable working on Google Suite, Excel Champion and generating relevant insights from a revenue perspective.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred with exposure to various A/R, A/P tools like Chargebee,
  • QuickBooks, Bill.com, Stripe, etc.
