Job Location: Gurgaon/Delhi Candidate should be preferably from West, South Delhi
Work Arrangement: This is an office-based position.
Experience Required:
10+ years of flying experience as a cabin crew.
1 year of International flight experience is preferred.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to oversee the coordination and management of training programs. This role is vital in ensuring that all training sessions are effectively planned, executed, and meet the highest standards of safety, service, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination: Manage and coordinate the scheduling and delivery of training session. Ensure that all training programs are conducted on time and meet the prescribed standards.
Instructor Management: Oversee and support the team of training instructors. Provide guidance, resources, and feedback to ensure the highest quality of training delivery.
Program Development: Collaborate with instructors to develop and update training modules for new and existing candidates. Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Implement improvements based on evaluation results.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all training programs adhere to international aviation regulations and company policies. Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and incorporate them into training content.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of training sessions, certifications, and crew performance. Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback from trainees and instructors. Implement changes to enhance the training experience and outcomes.
Support and Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to candidates and instructors. Promote a positive and collaborative training environment.
