Responsibilities-
1.Student Guidance and Counseling:
- Provide detailed information on various aviation courses, including pilot training, aviation management, aeronautical engineering, etc.
- Assess students’ interests, aptitudes, and career aspirations to recommend suitable aviation programs.
- Offer guidance and support to address students’ academic, personal, or career-related concerns.
2.Information Dissemination:
- Disseminate accurate and up-to-date information about aviation courses, prerequisites, admission procedures, and career prospects.
- Advise students on financial aid, scholarships, and funding options available for aviation education.
3.Admissions Support:
- Assist students through the application and enrollment processes for aviation programs, providing necessary documentation and guidance.
4Industry Knowledge and Networking:
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and changes in aviation regulations to provide relevant information to students.
- Build and maintain relationships with aviation schools, training centers, and industry professionals for networking and information exchange.
5.Student Follow-Up and Support:
- Conduct follow-up sessions with enrolled students to ensure their academic and career progression in aviation programs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout students’ academic journey in aviation courses.
Qualifications-
1.Bachelor’s degree is Must.
2.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
3.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
4.Familiarity with counseling techniques and educational counseling principles.
