Job description :
We are looking for an Office Assistant to support our WHD sales department. You will act as the first point of contact for Admin cum Sales-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing admin and sales documents (e.g. employment records and on boarding guides) and updating internal databases (Target, Sales, Inventory, monitoring etc). Our ideal candidate has experience with admin cum sales procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities :
• To act as an Assistant to the Head WHD through well-prioritized planning and efficient administrative and secretarial support.
• Organize and maintain personnel records(employees, Stockist, Super Stockist etc)
• Update internal databases (e.g. attendance and various leave record casual, sick, expenses etc
• Coordinate HR documents, like employment contracts, appraisals and new hire guides
• Updating and control the data in internal MIS system (OPT SFA , SAP etc)
- Create regular reports and presentations on admin and sales metrics
• Answer employees queries about admin and sales -related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
• Organise meeting etc
