Job Responsibilities:

– Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.

– Conduct market research to identify target industries, segments, and key players.

– Develop and execute effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into successful business partnerships.

– Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Chalaang’s entrepreneurial platform.

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients.

– Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to effectively position Chalaang’s offerings.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an Educational Counsellor or similar role, preferably in the entrepreneurial or business consulting industry.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

– Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

– Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for driving business growth.

– Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.

– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
