School Receptionist An Outstanding Catholic School located in the London Borough of Westminster are looking to secure a school receptionist to start asap on an ongoing assignment. THE SCHOOL This school is a multi-cultural/multi faith secondary school based in the London Borough of Westminster and are highly respected by the local community. The school was graded outstanding by Ofsted in 2013 and is recognised as being in the top 7% of schools nationally for the progress made by students. They are centrally located and are easily accessible by both overground and underground train stations. School Receptionist The school are looking for a School Receptionist to start immediately on an ongoing assignment. The role will be starting after the October half term break and had the potential to be a temp/permanent opportunity. Although you will be based on reception the role will also involve some administration. The main duties include: Welcome and sign-in/out all visitors and parents. Receive incoming phone calls/queries from parents and stakeholders; Resolve queries and questions (liaising with relevant members of the school team for assistance as appropriate) Receive incoming goods/post and forward these to appropriate team members at school Dealing with ad-hoc queries and administration duties Please apply with an updated CV to be considered for this role.
