We are looking for a Life Coach (School Counselor) to be a part of our team!

Our Life Coach is placed in the partner school as an Anchor – Facilitator – Counselor of Tieke Community.

Job Title: Life Coach (School Counselor)

Type: Part time

Location: Pollachi, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 0-2 years

Education: MSW / M.Sc (Psychology or any similar stream)

Responsibilities

Life Coach is responsible for conducting classroom sessions, offer counseling to students (individually or in groups) and facilitate sessions for parents and teachers.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English/Tamil)

Empathy and a genuine interest in the well-being of students

Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

Workplace and Timings

You will be placed in the partner school and report there as per your schedules on a daily basis. Working timings are generally from 8.30am to 6.00pm.
